Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines govern reviews, ratings, vendor responses, direct messages, dealer-to-dealer communications, user-generated content, reporting, and other community activity within the BHPH Success marketplace.

Last Updated: August 8, 2026

BHPH Success is intended to provide a professional marketplace where independent automotive dealers and industry vendors can share experiences, evaluate solutions, communicate with one another, and participate in industry discussions.

These Community Guidelines apply to dealers, dealership representatives, vendors, vendor representatives, reviewers, registered users, and any other person using interactive features of BHPH Success.

These Guidelines should be read together with the BHPH Success Terms of Use, General Vendor Terms, Profile Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. Purpose And Scope

The purpose of these Guidelines is to protect the usefulness, credibility, safety, and professional integrity of the BHPH Success marketplace.

These Guidelines apply to:

  • Reviews and ratings;
  • Vendor responses;
  • Dealer comments;
  • Direct messages;
  • Dealer-to-dealer communications;
  • Vendor-to-dealer communications;
  • Community discussions;
  • Reported content;
  • User-generated media;
  • Marketplace interactions; and
  • Other interactive features made available by BHPH Success.

2. General Community Conduct

Users are expected to communicate honestly, professionally, and respectfully.

You may not use BHPH Success community features to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another person;
  • Engage in discriminatory or hateful conduct;
  • Publish knowingly false or fraudulent information;
  • Impersonate another person or business;
  • Disclose confidential or sensitive information without authorization;
  • Send spam or abusive commercial solicitation;
  • Distribute malware or malicious links;
  • Manipulate reviews, ratings, or marketplace activity;
  • Use community features for unlawful purposes; or
  • Attempt to interfere with marketplace moderation, security, or integrity.

3. Reviews And Ratings

Reviews should reflect genuine, first-hand business experience with the vendor, product, or service being reviewed.

Reviews should be honest, relevant, useful, and respectful.

Reviews Must:

  • Be submitted by an actual user or customer with relevant experience;
  • Reflect the reviewer's own experience and opinions;
  • Be original and not copied from another source;
  • Provide meaningful information relevant to the vendor, product, or service;
  • Be submitted under a legitimate user identity, even where public anonymity is permitted;
  • Comply with applicable law and contractual obligations; and
  • Comply with these Community Guidelines.

Reviews May Not:

  • Be fabricated or submitted on another person's behalf;
  • Be purchased or manufactured;
  • Be generated by bots, automated tools, or generative AI for the purpose of creating a false customer experience;
  • Contain spam or unrelated promotional material;
  • Contain knowingly false factual accusations;
  • Include threats, harassment, hateful content, or abusive language;
  • Expose private or sensitive information;
  • Be used primarily to damage a competitor unfairly; or
  • Otherwise manipulate marketplace ratings or reputation.

Reviews represent the opinions and experiences of individual users. BHPH Success does not endorse the opinions expressed in a review merely because the review appears on the marketplace.

4. Review Conflicts Of Interest

Reviews should be independent and free from undisclosed conflicts of interest.

Unless expressly permitted and appropriately disclosed, you should not review a vendor if you:

  • Own the vendor;
  • Are employed by the vendor;
  • Are an officer, director, agent, or representative of the vendor;
  • Have a material financial interest in the vendor;
  • Are a direct competitor reviewing the vendor for competitive purposes;
  • Were paid specifically to provide a favorable review; or
  • Have another relationship that materially compromises the independence of the review.

BHPH Success may remove or decline to publish reviews where a material conflict of interest exists.

5. Vendor Conduct Regarding Reviews

Vendors must not directly or indirectly manipulate reviews or ratings.

Vendors may not:

  • Review their own company, product, or service;
  • Submit reviews about competitors for the purpose of harming them;
  • Post reviews on behalf of customers;
  • Purchase fake reviews;
  • Commission third parties to generate fabricated reviews;
  • Coach customers on what rating or wording to use;
  • Require customers to submit positive reviews;
  • Pressure customers to remove or change legitimate negative reviews;
  • Threaten reviewers in response to legitimate feedback;
  • Use contractual restrictions primarily to suppress legitimate reviews;
  • Retaliate against a reviewer for submitting honest feedback; or
  • Abuse BHPH Success reporting procedures to manipulate ratings.

Vendors are encouraged to respond professionally and constructively to legitimate criticism.

6. Review Solicitation

Vendors may invite legitimate customers to submit reviews, subject to these Guidelines.

Review solicitation must be fair and must not be structured primarily to artificially increase ratings.

Vendors should not:

  • Request reviews only from customers expected to provide positive feedback;
  • Exclude dissatisfied customers solely because of expected sentiment;
  • Condition support, discounts, payments, or services on a positive review;
  • Provide suggested review language;
  • Submit reviews through a customer's account;
  • Use high-volume review-generation services designed to create unverified submissions; or
  • Misrepresent the independence of a review solicitation.

BHPH Success may restrict or discontinue review collection activity that appears designed to manipulate review volume, quality, or ratings.

7. Incentivized Reviews

BHPH Success may permit certain review incentives in the future where they are lawful, appropriately disclosed, and structured to encourage participation rather than favorable ratings.

No incentive may be conditioned on:

  • A positive review;
  • A particular star rating;
  • Specific review language;
  • Removing negative feedback; or
  • Changing an existing review in the vendor's favor.

Where BHPH Success administers an incentivized review program, additional eligibility, disclosure, value, and program requirements may apply.

BHPH Success may identify incentivized reviews or otherwise disclose that an incentive was associated with a review where required or appropriate.

8. Vendor Responses To Reviews

Vendors may be permitted to respond publicly to reviews.

Vendor responses should:

  • Remain professional and relevant;
  • Address the review without attacking the reviewer;
  • Avoid publishing confidential customer information;
  • Avoid disclosing personal information;
  • Avoid threats or intimidation;
  • Avoid knowingly false statements; and
  • Comply with applicable law and these Guidelines.

BHPH Success may remove or restrict vendor responses that violate these Guidelines.

9. Direct Messaging And Marketplace Communications

BHPH Success may allow registered users to communicate directly through marketplace messaging features.

Messages should be used for legitimate professional and business purposes.

Users may not use messaging tools to:

  • Threaten or harass another user;
  • Send repeated unwanted messages after being asked to stop;

  • Attempt to obtain passwords or authentication information;
  • Collect consumer information unlawfully;
  • Distribute mass unsolicited advertising;
  • Impersonate another business or user;
  • Circumvent account restrictions; or

Messages are not ordinarily displayed publicly. However, BHPH Success may review relevant communications where a message or account is reported or where review is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, enforcement, or legal compliance.

  • Encouraging others to harass another user.

Serious threats or safety concerns may result in immediate account restriction or termination.

12. Privacy And Confidential Information

Users must respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

Do not publish or transmit sensitive information unless there is a legitimate business reason, the recipient is authorized to receive it, and the applicable feature is appropriate for that information.

Users should not publish:

  • Social Security numbers;
  • Consumer credit reports or credit information;
  • Banking or payment credentials;
  • Passwords or authentication codes;
  • Government identification numbers;
  • Private customer information;
  • Confidential deal-jacket information;
  • Private communications without authorization;
  • Personal home addresses; or
  • Other sensitive or confidential information.

BHPH Success may remove content containing sensitive information and may take additional action where necessary to protect users.

13. Spam And Unwanted Solicitation

Community and messaging features may not be used primarily for spam, repetitive solicitation, or unrelated mass marketing.

Prohibited activity may include:

  • Intellectual property infringement;
  • Review manipulation;
  • Spam;
  • Content unrelated to the marketplace feature in which it appears; or
  • Other material that violates applicable law or BHPH Success policies.

16. Automated And Abusive Use

Community features may not be accessed or used through unauthorized bots, scripts, automated accounts, mass messaging tools, scraping tools, or other automated systems.

Users may not:

  • Automate review submissions;
  • Automate messages to other users without authorization;
  • Scrape user contact information;
  • Operate networks of fake accounts;
  • Artificially inflate engagement;
  • Circumvent rate limits or anti-abuse systems;
  • Use bots to manipulate reports or ratings; or
  • Attempt to interfere with marketplace moderation systems.

17. Reporting Reviews, Messages, Or Other Content

If you believe content or conduct violates these Community Guidelines, you may report it to BHPH Success using available reporting tools or the contact information below.

Reports should include enough information for us to reasonably identify and evaluate the issue, such as:

  • The relevant profile, review, account, or conversation;
  • A description of the alleged violation;
  • Relevant dates or circumstances;
  • Supporting screenshots or information where appropriate; and
  • Your contact information if follow-up is necessary.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed or an account will be penalized.

18. Investigations And Moderation

BHPH Success may investigate reported or suspected violations using information reasonably available to us.

During an investigation, we may:

  • Review relevant content;
  • Review reported messages;
  • Verify account or reviewer identity;
  • Request additional information;
  • Contact involved users;
  • Compare account and activity information;
  • Temporarily restrict content or account features; or
  • Take other reasonable steps to protect marketplace integrity.

Content may remain visible while an investigation is pending unless we determine that temporary removal or restriction is appropriate.

BHPH Success does not remove a review simply because a vendor disagrees with the reviewer's opinion or because the review is negative. A report initiates a review of policy compliance, not a guarantee of removal.

BHPH Success is not required to disclose internal fraud detection, review verification, moderation, or investigation methods.

19. Marketplace Alerts And Integrity Notices

BHPH Success may display an alert, notice, warning, or other marketplace disclosure where we reasonably determine that doing so is appropriate to protect users or marketplace integrity.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior warning.
